Pricing FAQs
How are fees calculated?
Our fee is a percentage of each successful transaction. For example, on a $100 payment with the Business plan (0.75%), our fee would be $0.75. The fee is deducted from the amount sent to your webhook, but the full amount still goes to your wallet since we're non-custodial.
Are there any setup fees or monthly fees?
No. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You only pay the transaction fee when a payment is successfully confirmed.
What happens if I exceed my volume limit?
We won't cut you off. If you consistently exceed your plan's volume limit, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs. You'll continue to operate normally while we work out the details.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be billed at the new rate for subsequent transactions.
Do you offer refunds?
Since our fees are per-transaction and we're non-custodial, there's nothing to refund on our end. For customer refunds, you handle that directly with your customers since funds go straight to your wallet.
