Pricing FAQs
How are fees calculated?
Our fee is 0.5% of each successfully confirmed transaction (minimum $0.25). For example, on a $100 payment, the fee would be $0.50. The fee is deducted from your prepaid balance when the payment is confirmed on-chain.
How does the prepaid balance work?
You fund your account balance with USDT. When you create an invoice, the estimated fee is reserved from your balance. When the invoice is confirmed on-chain, the fee is charged. If the invoice expires or is cancelled, the reserved fee is released back to your available balance.
Are there any setup fees or monthly fees?
No. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You only pay the per-transaction fee when a payment is successfully confirmed on the blockchain.
What happens if my balance runs out?
If your available balance is insufficient to cover the fee for a new invoice, you won't be able to create invoices until you top up. Existing pending invoices will continue to work normally.
Which networks are supported?
USDT on the Tron network (TRC20) is live now with the lowest fees. ERC20 (Ethereum) and BSC (BNB Smart Chain) support is coming soon.
